I rescued this shot from a crummy effort, I won't even tell you all the other crap there was, and sometimes you have to do that. Zoom in on where the action is and not just look at a pic and think, oh that's useless, and hit the delete button without thinking.

The flying legs are nice there, the expression on the guy's face is quite good, and of course you can see what he's looking at - the spinning ball up in the top left. There's a nice invisible line between his eyes and the ball which strengthens the shot, and the flailing limbs tell the rest of the story. It's one of the steps on the World Volley Tournament or something like that - imagine, playing volleyball on sand on the Champs de Mars, under the auspices of Lady Eiffel - how cool must that be!
