The image is abstract - based on a rectangle and an ovale, the treatment is graphic accentuating the forms, and... I love it!

It's a Parisian rooftop, of course, but it's also a pleasingly unusual combination of shapes which makes for an interesting composition which would look great blown up really big on a wall I reckon.

The colours are kinda washed out, the blue-grey slates contrasting wonderfully with the tired orangy-red brick of the rooftiles, the oval and rectangle of the windows are both cut by the tilted picture frame, altogether giving a rather special result.
